Blog Research - Your Feedback Needed

I am doing some research for blog I'm writing blog entitled: "5 Things Healthy Diners Don't Want in Their Food". I'm looking for some feedback of stuff you try to avoid when dining out. I am going to poll 100 people and write a summary of my findings.

Please help me get started by making your top 5 list. Thanks!

Results from Taste of Asia Dinner

Sunday dinner always feels like family dinner to me. That's just what VegSarasota is, a community family of conscious consumers.

We packed the house and raised $150 toward the VegSarasota annual budget! Taste of Asia generously donated to our raffle 6 bottles of wine. Owner Selina says their new two-page vegan menu has been very popular. If you haven't been there yet be sure to check em out. My favorite dish is the eggplant with fresh basil & brown rice or the noodle bowl loaded with fresh veggies. YUM!

One Gross Meat Picture Too Many.
How to Stop Junk Mail

Yet another packet of junk mail arrived today, every page lined with gross pictures of meat cuts (Omaha Steaks is their biggest client), KFC and Cheese Pizzas. Every week these come and they go right in the recycle bin. This week I decided I've had enough and needed to take action.

Our area receives this junk mail by a company called Advo also known as Valassis. I found a link to "remove me from your mailing list" on their website and I intend to tell everyone I know.

Stop the junk mail insanity!
