That's awesome, Dill. And it's the same in the rest of the world. I'm here in Berlin, Germany and all of a sudden they have a special VEGAN BRUNCH PLACE!. Which is huge. All they serve on Saturday and Sunday until late afternoon is a vegan buffet. And this is the land of sausages! I'm so pleased. I have also noticed Vegan cookbooks here when last year I didn't notice any. The move toward veg-ism is so heartening when there are so many other things to be distressed about!
